Working at the Medical School I have met the problem of multi-dimensionality in medical and health data analysis. Difficulties in choosing methods for finding out some relevant data relationships, predictors or attributes important for prediction and classification, and usually some missing data in a given dataset, have made the problems challenging and interesting. Methods and tools for data exploration or data mining as well as validity of the obtained results and inferences is remaining and will be remaining a challenge for good.
