As will be seen, Kazakhstan has considerable potential in research productivity in Science. Already there has been a rapid increase such that Kazakhstan science is more productive then any of the Central Asian countries. The goal is to make Kazakhstan not only a leader in Central Asia, but also a leader in the world.
