The shown figures are relative values. The unit value is between 10 yen to 10.72 yen depending upon the location. For example, skilled nursing facilities in Tokyo, the per diem cost for the level 5 will be: 1080 X 10.72 yen=11578 yen.

Recipietns' copayment is 10%. For example, in the above case, the recipient will have to pay 1158 yen and the provider will bill to the insurance 10420 yen.
