2010 was not kind, Russia endured its hottest summer ever and banned wheat exports.  Even before the floods, farmers of the Punjab had incurred substantial losses of their wheat harvest due to the intense heat wave , with the hottest temperatures ever recorded in Asia. but is this climate change already?
