Subjects present in indoor swimming pools were classified in three groups according to the kind of swimming: competitive swimmers, learners and visitors. Chloroform mean value in competitive swimmers appeared significantly higher than those measured in the other two groups. (Student -Newman-Keuls test at p<0.05).
