To measure compliance with NPIs. We conducted surveys among the teachers in the schools.  We looked at behavior before any intervention, change in behavior after intervention and persistence of behavior to the end of the school year.  To get a baseline comparison, we surveyed control schools at the end of the year to compare them to the intervention schools.
