Three mile island is a classic example of what occurs in a disaster. With Three mile Island no one was killer, no one was injured, and very little radiation was vented.  However it was responsible for oil spills in the gulf, climate change, and $4.00 gallon.  The reason for this is what we call the “epidemiology of fear”
