Studies done by Pueblo Advocates showed that between 2002-2003, 34% of workers stated that contraceptive method supply was continuous.  In 2003-2004, the number had dropped to 6%.

 

Overall, the use of artificial contraceptives dropped by 26% between 2002 and 2004.

 

The conservative policies of Toledo set back the contraceptive movement substantially.
