This is another advertisement from the Fujimori campaign. 

It says, “Only you can decide how many children to have.”  Again there is an extremely large family, unhappily living in a tiny room, while below there is a smiling family of four in front of a nice house.

Both of these advertisements are clearly targeting the indigenous population.
