WLF helps countries access media resources through a bank or data base of graphic ads.  WLF has been helping the priority countries in Bloomberg to test, translate and adapt ads that have already proven to be effective.  2 examples:  – one ad made in Ireland, the other in Australia, which WLF has now used in several countries (China and Poland adaptations examples).
