There are problems associated with controlling Chagas disease, but there are also possibilities available to help counter these problems.  The main way of doing this is to maintain the national programs already set up by respective countries’ governments and Ministries of Health.  Continuous spraying and surveillance would not only maintain progress already made, but would also continue to reduce the vectors.
