A chalk board or flip chart should be used to capture all of the components identified by students. Be sure to identify those components of the system provided by organizations outside of the local area (those provided by a state or federal agency on an as-needed basis, for example) as well as the non-governmental and voluntary participants.

If time permits, an interesting exercise is to try and connect all of the players identified into an organizational chart showing relationships.
