This chart will help you quickly determine your Body Mass Index or your BMI. 

Start with the Height in inches column all the way to the left side of the chart.. 

Five feet is 60 inches so 5’5’’ would be 65 inches. 

Follow your height row to the right to your closest weight number and then move up that column to the BMI number at the top. 

Hold that number – you’ll need it for the next slide. 

If your weight is between two boxes, give yourself a decimal point …For example, if I were 65 inches and weighed 165 lbs. I’d estimate my BMI at about 27.5. 

So.. Everybody get your number…
