They allow the rich world to support and invest in the poor world, a “virtuous circle” could be created as we buy the carbon credits of developing countries.

 

This influx of new money enables these countries to develop their infra structure-roads, communications, housing and schools.

 

It can pay for real capacity building

 

Or it could all end in squalor, corruption and no change

 

Trade does “ make the world go round” and the taxes from the capitalist model have driven the quality of life of the western world
