We have started a large number of new projects. We have build an Environmental Health Supercourse as a model of In collaboration wit h Library of Alexandria we are developing a system of Interoperability across agencies, we are networking all medical schools, faculty, students and Ministries of health. A new Nursing Disaster Supercourse has been started.  With the BA. We have been able to network and collect lectures from one domain, Global health, it is only a matter of scale to do all science.  We are collaborating with Nina Federoff.  We plan to begin the establishment of virtual centers of excellents and to establish scientific based systems for Expert Knowledge Reachback
