One means by which we have distributed across the digital divide has been to burn DVDs.  These DVDs are not given as gifts, instead they are “gifts that are meant to be given”.  We require people to make at least 5 copies of the DVDs and give these to students and libraries.  This has proven to be exceedingly success for distribution. Recently the World Health Organization distributed the DVDs to all medical, public health and Nursing schools as well as all medical libraries.
