Examples of structural enzymes:

The reverse transcriptase enzyme which transcribes RNA to DNA in retroviruses.

The neuraminidase envelope spike which destroys the essential sialic acid side chain on the host cell receptor of influenza virus. This allows new influenzavirus particles to detach and move along the respiratory tract. The second spike is called the haemmagglutinin (H), it binds to red blood cells as well as respiratory tract epithelium and is not an enzyme.
