Significant improvements in a1c as compared to data  in the Diabetes report Card for the US
In 15,687 patients cared for in CMI practices
60% of CMI pts as compared to 43  % in the US report had A1C levels < 7%
While 81% as compared to 56   % had A1Cs less than 8%
While fewer patients were in very poor control.
