We based our organization on the Wiki Disciplines of Science as presented in the previous slide. When one “clicks” on health, the subdisciplines of health are presented as in the left figure. For example, for Acupuncture, there are 622 lecture links, for Cardiology, 1,120, e.g..

We model the presentation after the Yahoo directory presented on the right. We chose to make this part look and feel like Yahoo as Yahoo’s directory was built to facilitate browsing. The Scientific Supercourse also is designed to facilitate browsing, for example an expert in diabetes might want to see what is being taught in cardiology.
