This is truly a global lecture, there are 60 countries represented which cover over 75% of the world’s population. This is a very distinguished network of people viewing this lecture. It inluded a Nobel Prize winner, a Chancellor, 5 Deans, the Father of the Internet, and 7 chairs of epidemiology form across the world.  This lecture is a two way street.  We will present it, but would like for you to provides comments and ideas to Eugene Shubnikov in  Novosibirsk, Siberia.
