The Core to the Supercourse model has been to create a large interacting Multidisciplinary network. From these we extract their best PowerPoint lectures, and put them into an OpenSource PowerPoint lecture library.  We then have developed various distribution systems including the internet itself, pushing lectures to libraries, mirrored servers, CDs, etc.  On top of this we have overlayed a multilayered quality control system.
