Within 7 days after the Tsunami we were able to build a supercourse lecture with the help of 30 leaders of meteorology, oceanography, disasters, epidemiology, etc. The lecture was distributed through the library systems of Asia, and universities. The lecture taught students in 120 countries, and it taught potentially over 400,000 students.
