O’Neill Professor of Global Health Law, is Faculty Director of the O’Neill Institute on National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center. He is also Professor of Public Health, the Johns Hopkins University and Director of the Center for Law and the Public’s Health (WHO and CDC Collaborating Center).
