Late in 1940 news came on the discovery of the
Rh (rhesus monkey) groups from the US to England. The A1A2BO groups, the
MNSs system, the P system (The variation in strength of the human blood
group P. Heredity 7: 81-89.) and the Rh system completes the picture. Fisher
retired in Australia in 1959.
