We have the largest collection of global health lectures with close to 3000 educational modules. It is an open source system that any teacher can use for free. We receive 75-100 million hits a year and have 42 mirrored servers in places like Mongolia, China Sudan, Pakistan, etc. We plan to collect the lectures of the NIH and do the same thing.
