Physical excercise is incorporated into highschool games, but not in all schools. Excercise is still not incorporated into business life. This is a call for change in life style which maybe very very difficult.

"Initially, moderate physical levels for 30-45 minutes, 3-5 days week, should be encouraged. All adults set a long-term goal to accumulate 30 minutes or more of moderately intense physical activity on most, and preferably all, days of the week." US Communicable Disease Center.

The combination of a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity produces greater weight loss than diet alone or physical activity alone. The combination of diet and physical activity improves cardiorespiratory fitness in overweight persons, and this can be easily tested in the Six-Minute Walk.
