The seizure threshold increased rapidly following the EPA infusion and was still elevated the next morning. The lower curve with black dots shows the threshold increase for the earliest sign of hyperactivity (TLS) manifested by twitching of the rat’s whiskers. The upper curve with open circles shows the threshold for gross seizure activity of the rat (TGS).
