We all know that Public Health and Health issues are constantly changing. For example, just when we thought Public Health has triumphed over infectious diseases, we are painfully reminded that vigilance is more important than anything else.

Public health practitioners working with emerging infections know all too well that the search for effective control measures continues to be a challenge.

At the same time, we have been blessed, since 1992, with the increasing accessibility to the Internet for information.

I have found that, perhaps, the most important skill to learn is how to use the Internet more productively and wisely since textbooks are outdated in a matter of years.
