CD4 Expressed on the surface of CD4 T lymphocytes (helper T lymphocytes) and macrophages (including dendriticcells)

CCR5 Expressed on CD4+ T lymphocytes and on macrophages

CXCR4 Expressed on CD4+ T lymphocytes and T cell lines
