WE DO HAVE STREPTOMYCIN, INH, ETAHAMBUTOL, PYRIZANAMIDE SINCE 1962 AND RIFAMPICIN WE HAVE STARTED USING FOR LEPROSY, ANOTHER MYCOBACTERIAL DISEASE, SINCE 1982. WE HAVE ALL THE DRUGS. WHY WE HAVE NOT USED THEM MUCH EARLIER THAN 1992? ARE WE WAITING FOR WHO ADVICE?

PROBABLY IT HAS LEAD TO THE ACCUMULATION OF TOO MANY RETREATMENT AND OLD CASES.
