These funds helped further develop a number of national information resources: Therapeutic Guidelines; The Australian Medicines Handbook (a national formulary containing independent assessments of drugs, indications, contra-indications, side-effects, etc.); Australian Prescriber (our independent bi-monthly national drug bulletin, containing information about new drugs, new concepts, etc.); Schedule of Pharmaceutical Benefits (Australia's limited list of drugs whose cost is subsidized by government) and last, but not least our Adverse Drug Reaction Bulletin (which collates Australian and international intelligence on adverse drug reactions.
