TO MY SURPRISE, THAT CHILD IS KALA AZAR CHILD UNDERGOING TREATMENT SINCE TWO YEARS. I SHOULD HAVE EASILY MISSED IT AMONG 41 FEVER CASES AND SOME WITH SPLEENOMEGALY, IF MY COMMONSENSE DOES NOT PREVAIL AT THAT TIME.
