 I have been asked today to speak on Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases. This is a very difficult subject about which to speak to cardiologists because few to none of them feel it is their job. What I hope to convince you today is that without each of you playing a role in prevention, we are apt not to succeed. I can sum up the entire lecture by saying: Begin in Childhood! |
