Thus by one road or another, we come to Plan Puebla Panama (PPP) and also globilization.
The PPP comprises the 9 states of Mexico’s southeast: Puebla, Veracruz, Guerrero, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatán and Quintana Roo, in addition to the 7 countries of Central America (CA): Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama. The PPP impoverished superpopulation lives a soil-eroded, deforested AGRICULTURAL LIFE. And who created this shambles ?? The people that live there.

Will highways, bridges and electrical interconnections solve the problem ?

Will Canada, USA & Mexico become one country already termed the Community of North America ?

Will new dams drive people off their land ? How many, where ?

Will Colombia & Venezuela be quick to join CA progress, especially in an electricity net ?

One thing does by no means always follow another, yet these and more problems of a homogeneous community: PP are crying for some relief from poverty. Does free trade increase migration? Yes. How—or where—do industrial skills fit in ?

The migrant cannot solve his problem of getting a job, therefore leaves seeking one. To bring the job home as in PPP is a crystalclear solution. It is also a mesoamerican INDUSTRIALIZATION. Regardless, PPP has been sleeping for 2 years as Mexico was refused a bank loan of 10 billion from Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The idea of North America (NA) and CA each becoming separate countries or just one will not fade away.
