Along the years the evolution of mortality of the whole cohort passed from being very high during the first year to an unexpected decrease from the third year onwards. This decrease was observed in the elder, while the group of women of less than 40 years showed an increase of mortality due to causes closely related to TOS higher than the expected.

The health status of the whole cohort alive still remains lower than expected.
