During each year of follow-up, there was a decrease in the proportion of individuals providing information, primarily as a result of death. Of the 2,300 included initially, 1,846 (80%) were included after 3 years of follow-up, 1,415 (62%) were included after 6 years, and 801 (35%) reported the necessary information after 12 years.
