Although it is well-established that e-health can address a number of deficiencies in our health systems, such as inequities in health status, quality of care and access, it also has a high failure rate. Whereas adoption of e-health opens up new possibilities but also brings significant changes in the healthcare organizations/ communities, which can disrupt t provision of existing services.
