If the PAM
fall more then 20% of the previous Ephedrine 5 – 10 mg bolus will be
injected immediately. Anaesthetist must remind himself that drugs for induction must be diluted, effect will not be rapid wait for response, good preoxygenation must be provided before any drug be injected. |
