The action could be: 1/ Identify the invading virus by surveillance and 2/ stop it by vaccinating the susceptibles with the cocktail or chimeric vaccine. Another action is just to stop it ! Successful reduction of an epidemic as in horses by a multiviral vaccine is a very reasonable goal.
