surveillance reports be used for? What action? Are we talking about
larvicide control ?
What is the host: 1/ man or 2/ equine ? Should we vaccinate to protect individuals? Populations? Who has the appropriate vaccine to be used in a timely manner??? Vaccine is approved for equines, not humans. Most epidemiologic questions have local answers. What proportion is international?
