This information is essential for forming passenger restriction laws, since most of the passenger restrictions in the United States have exceptions for passengers older than 21. Also, the studies will help us to explain the role of alcohol in the relationship between teenage driver crashes and why carrying passengers will increase the crash risk for teenage drivers will be needed.
