We looked for a dose response, for alachlor, diazinon and metolachlor, which were found in over 10% of subjects. We did this by dividing the range of test results into thirds (low, medium and high), and comparing the ratio of cases to controls suing the odds ratio. Although numbers were small, all three of these pesticides showed increasing risk with increasing dose.
