3) Low efficiency in the coordination and harmonization between different parties and partners involved in the realization of the project. CBOs, communities and local churches will be involved in the project to take care of this problem. These structures will be involved in the follow-up and evaluation of the project.
4) Poor capacity building technically and administratively among most local NGOs in Cameroon. Training will be offered to all partners involved in the project by GRSP. This will help build up the human resource units of these associations.
5) The wait-and-see policy of Cameroonians on matters related to a serious fight against HIV/AIDS. It is envisaged that the results of the pre- and post-test will be given to each village immediately they are ready. This will help them evaluate the HIV/AIDS prevention, care and mitigation efforts and to take the epidemic seriously.
