The involvement of AIDS orphans and PLWH as animators will greatly change the mentality of the local population, which no doubt, is another way towards better communication for behavioral change towards prevention of the disease.
  Development of the human resources of the clergy, AIDS orphans, PLWH, health staff, FBOs elders and members, local NGO partners, etc, in the execution, management and administration of HIV/AIDS projects will be reinforced.
  The project will ameliorate the living conditions of AIDS orphans and vulnerable children and PLWH and in the long term, amelioration of the productivity of the population, hence a contribution to poverty alleviation.
