GRSP will act
as the facilitator and will give technical assistance to the different
groups. GRSP will coordinate all activities at the divisional and provincial
levels by collaborating with the health units and different FBOs.
Role of GRSP:
- Develop work instruments (interview guides,
questionnaires, training manuals).
- Develop training curriculum for FBOs and their training
centers.
- Train interviewers, promoters, animators, pastors,
chiefs of health centers, etc.
- Supervise and coordinate the work.
- Supervise local NGOs and CBOs.
- Organize follow-up and evaluation strategies.
- Organize meetings.
- GRSP will manage the finances, administration, and other
project activities.
