 At the divisional level, all administrative (Divisional Officers and their collaborators, security agents), traditional (chiefs of villages, quarter heads, presidents of village development associations, youth groups, traditional meetings) will be contacted to explain the aims of the project, their benefits, and to seek their support and cooperation.
 We will proceed to identify all the churches, mosques, different pastors and groups in these institutions. We will identify an recruit interviewers, promoters, animators, etc.
 The guide for the FGDs and I Is will be developed and questionnaires will be drafted.
 The questionnaires will be pretested in the outskirt of Yaounde to test its acceptability. We will fine-tune the questionnaires by changing ambiguous questions after this.
 FGDs and I Is will be conducted among members of these faith-based organizations including pastors. This activity will be followed by a needs assessment on HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and mitigation and other STIs of the congregational members (first phase of the intervention program) using a questionnaire.
 The pastors, priests, imams, etc will be trained on the major themes of the intervention program on how to deliver sermons with HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and mitigation contents.
 The pastors will be assisted to give sermons incorporating HIV/AIDS prevention, care , and mitigation and other STIs.
