- Less than half the infants are fully immunized.
- Measles case fatality rate is 1% or more
- 2 week point prevalence rate of diarrhea diseases of 20% or higher (1)
- 2 week point prevalence rate of fever of 20% or higher (2)
- Worms infections rates especially ascaris in 50% or more of the population (3)
