Certainly, it remains unclear how to form such groups for trial to make the selection comprehensive. More complicated is the problem of the interpretability of scales in the modified paradigm. It is not yet clear how the modified notion of Medical Quality of Life will correlate with the general notion of Quality of Life and whether it will not beget insoluble inconsistencies in the process of practical application. In our opinion, the ultimate answers to the raised questions can be given only in the course of practical work, though preliminary methodological work can and must be carried out.
