A medical quality of life scale is to be constructed in such a way that the QOL of a degraded drug addict would be assessed as minimal while the QOL of a prosperous healthy person taking care of his/her health would be assessed as maximal. It means that in the process of constructing the scale the selection of facets, questions and parameters is to be made on polar samples of people with self-destructive and self-improving behaviour.
