The audit team should meet after the audit to consolidate audit findings.

The auditee/s and the auditor/s meet at a closing meeting where the auditor briefs the auditee on findings identified during the audit. All non-conformances raised, appropriate responses and time frames are discussed with the auditee.

Non-conformances are identified on Corrective Action Report forms (CARs). CARs are multi-purpose forms which record the non-conformance, the agreed corrective action and the resolution. In collaboration with the auditee the auditor suggests a resolution and determines an expected completion date.
